Who We Are
Our Beginnings
Mosaic Bible Fellowship began in the heart of Pastor Michael Randle when he was but a youngster in Kansas City. Raised in the heart of Kansas City not far from where the church currently meets, Pastor Michael spent half of his life meeting his wife, raising two daughters, serving the local church in the capacities of minister, youth leader, bus driver, and speaker. He served the community in vocations of educator and architect. Everywhere his heart served, he noticed that the multi-cultural base of Kansas City was still quite separated, even within the community of believers. Pastor Michael believes wholeheartedly that the body of Christ should be divided over nothing, especially race.
In 2010, discussions of a church plant began, and Pastor Michael began networking with several churches in the Kansas City Metro about the need for a church near downtown Kansas City to bring broken people back to a loving God. Home Bible studies began as the church took shape and people began to band together to support this vision. Mosaic was established firmly in 2013 with generous financial backing from five local congregations. Our history is short, but our hopes and dreams for this area of Kansas City are enormous! Come and see how you fit.
Our Mission
Bringing A Broken People Back To A Loving God.
Our Values
Molding believers, influencing the world
Our core values are the intentional and pervasive climate that we will strive to create as a means to accomplish our vision. They are more than activities; they are our culture and atmosphere of our church. They reveal those things for which the leadership would ‘get in the ring and fight for. The Mosaic project will be organized around six core values.
Our Beliefs
Our Core Convictions
We believe that the Bible is the inerrant and inspired Word of God, and is the final word of authority in a believer’s life (2 Timothy 3:16,17; 2 Peter 1:19-2)
Man was created in the image of God; he sinned and incurred not only physical death but also spiritual separation from God, and therefore all human beings are born with a sinful nature. (Genesis 1:27; Romans 5:10-19; Ephesians 3:21-25)
Jesus Christ died for our sins according to Scripture, and that all who believe in Him will receive forgiveness of sins, abundant life on earth, and eternal life in heaven. (John 3:16; 1 John 1:9, Romans 6:23)
All who receive by faith the Lord Jesus Christ are born again of the Holy Spirit, and thereby become children of God. (John 3:1-16; John 1:12-14)
We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust; the everlasting blessedness of the saved, and the everlasting punishment of the lost. (Revelation 20:11-15)
Our Vision
Mosaic is a multiethnic, economically diverse church established by established by men and women seeking to know God and to make Him known through the pursuit of unity in accordance with the prayer of Jesus Christ. (John 17:20-23) and patterned after the New Testament Church at Antioch ( Acts 11:19-16; 13:1ff).
Mosaic is not a church focused on racial reconciliation. Rather, we are focused on reconciling men and women to God through faith in Jesus Christ and on reconciling ourselves to principles and practices of first-century churches and congregations of faith in which diverse men and women walked, worked, and worshiped God together as one for the sake of the Gospel.
At Mosaic, no family stands alone. We encourage husbands to be strong spiritual leaders in their homes and wives joining then in partnership to seek and accomplishGod’s purposes for their families. We support parents raising their children in loving and disciple environments while they nurture them to discover and fulfill their God-given assignments. We see the church partnering with parens to create a safe, nurturing envirnment that provides spiritual, academic, and emotional development for children and youth
